• Account – A section of the Website consisting of an email and password that allows Sellers/Clients to place orders and manage their purchases.
• Order – A communication form between Clients/Sellers and Buyers through which buyers express their intent to purchase promoted goods.
• My Cart – The section of the Account that allows users to add the desired goods for purchase.
• Newsletter – Any type of message sent to users via email, phone, push notifications, etc., containing information about offers and promotions.
• Review – A personal evaluation of a Client/Seller who uses the Website and expresses satisfaction via a star rating from one to five.

5. ACCOUNT CREATION

• Prices are displayed in EURO.
• Payments are made online via bank card (Visa/MasterCard).
• Once purchased, digital files cannot be refunded due to copyright regulations.
• The website charges a commission for the sale of digital products, this commission can vary from 70% to 25%. to check the commission, check the Subscription section.
• In order to sell digital products, it is necessary for the seller to have a company and to confirm its eligibility for the return of the money from the sale and its invoicing.
8. USER REVIEWS
• Users can leave reviews about purchased products.
• Reviews must adhere to the Website’s conduct rules and must not contain offensive or illegal content.
9. OBLIGATIONS OF USERS
9.1. Users must own the legal rights to the files they upload.
9.2. Copying and reselling the free files for commercial purposes is prohibited.
