Delete your account or data
You can request deletion of your Sttockry account and associated data here, including after uninstalling the app. You do not need to sign in or reinstall it.
You can also email [email protected] from your account email, with the subject “Sttockry account deletion”. Include whether you want the whole account or selected data deleted.
What happens next
- We verify that the request comes from the account owner. The form does not reveal whether an email has an account.
- Support reviews active generations, subscriptions, wallet balances, purchases and seller obligations. A pending payment or retained invoice does not justify keeping unrelated profile data indefinitely.
- We aim to complete routine verified requests within 30 days and respond within one month of receipt. If a lawful extension is needed, we explain why and the revised deadline within that first month.
What is deleted
Account deletion covers sign-in/profile data, private documents and editor designs, AI prompts and generated media, personal uploads, subtitle projects, and other account-linked data that we do not need for the exceptions below. We also review copies held by service providers and in backups. Public material and links are removed where possible; copies already downloaded by others cannot be remotely erased.
What may be retained, and for how long
- Accounting and payment records: invoices, transaction and payout records and legally required supporting information are generally kept for five years from 1 July of the year following the relevant financial year under Romanian accounting rules. A specific legal duty may require a different period.
- Licences, disputes and abuse: the minimum evidence needed to honour an existing licence, resolve a dispute or meet a legal hold is restricted to that purpose and retained for the duration of that obligation. We tell you the reason and applicable duration when responding to your request.
- Backups: backup copies are included in the erasure review; we do not claim they expire automatically. Data due for deletion must be removed or made irrecoverable before the request is treated as fully completed, unless a disclosed legal-retention exception applies.
- AI providers: standard API audit/abuse logs at xAI and Groq can remain for up to 30 days, with legal exceptions. We request deletion where applicable; we do not claim that zero-data-retention is enabled.
Request-only deletion does not itself cancel an external store subscription. Cancel any recurring store subscription through that store, or mention it in your request so support can help. For details, read the privacy and retention policy.
